What is the Round Knurled Nuts? and Application of R Pin
A split pin is a mechanical anti-loosening part, mainly used to prevent nuts from loosening or fix the position of parts. Common application scenarios include:
●Fixing nuts and bolts: Pass the split pin through the tail of the bolt and bend both ends to prevent the nut from falling off (e.g., connections of mechanical equipment, automotive components).
●Fixing pins: Insert the split pin into the hole at the end of the pin to prevent the pin from slipping out of the mounting hole (e.g., connections of chains, door and window hinges).
